Diagnostics & Neurodiversity Screening Assessments

Our neurodiversity assessments provide insights into how an individual learns and processes information. It is not an intelligence test, and it doesn’t reflect their ability to thrive in the workplace. It simply looks at the processes in their brain that influence their thinking and learning.

At Lexxic we use a range of recognised tests to determine if an individual has (a diagnostic) or is displaying tendencies (a screening) for a neurodifference. These are often delivered virtually.

Following the assessment, you will receive a full written report based on the outcome, with recommended next steps.

Workplace Needs Assessments

A Workplace Needs Assessment (WPA) is an impartial assessment carried out to explore an individual’s current responsibilities at work and any challenges they have within their role.

The assessor will then provide a report which details advice for support and adjustments that their employer can put into place to support them at work. These recommendations can include coaching, training, equipment, assistive technology, and more.
