Workplace Needs Assessments

Lexxic's workplace needs assessments focus on identifying practical strategies to support success in the work environment. These neurodiversity assessments consider the individuals’ specific job role, daily tasks, and workplace challenges.

The outcome is a set of tailored recommendations to enhance productivity and wellbeing at work. These may include suggestions for assistive technology, workplace modifications, or other one-to-one support services such as neurodiversity coaching.

Employers can use these recommendations to create a more inclusive and supportive work environment that capitalises on neurodivergent individuals’ unique strengths

Neurodiversity Diagnostic Assessments

Lexxic's neurodiversity diagnostic assessments use a variety of recognised tests to determine if an individual has a specific neurodifference. These assessments are not intelligence tests but rather explore how the brain processes information.

After completing the diagnostic assessment, individuals will receive a detailed written report outlining the findings, concluding whether the individual does or does not have a specific neurodifference.

Neurodiversity diagnostic assessments can help to provide a foundation for workplace accommodations. The diagnostic process is often conducted virtually, for greater convenience.

Neurodiversity Screening Assessments

Lexxic’s neurodiversity screening assessments identify tendencies or traits associated with various neurodifferences. They provide valuable insights into learning and thinking styles, without a formal diagnosis.

Following the screening, individuals will receive a report outlining strengths, challenges, and concluding whether they demonstrate any tendencies associated with the neurodifference, whilst suggesting areas for further exploration or support.
