Lexxic COVID-19 Update

How have we adapted our Services?

We are currently offering our clients telephone and/ or video conference assessments, to ensure people get the support now when they need it most. We can confirm that we are now able to offer ALL assessments virtually (including Diagnostic Assessments).

Our Face-to-Face Services

We will review any face-to-face appointments when requested. However, being mindful of all guidelines and Tier restrictions, the preference would be to conduct all appointments virtually, to keep everyone safe.

We want to continue providing our customers with the highest level of support that they expect from Lexxic, whilst working in line with all the guidelines.

Based on current government briefing we are planning to resume face-to-face appointments from 12th April 2021.

We will still be working to COVID guidelines, requesting all customers wear appropriate face coverings and follow social distancing measures.
