Steven is an accomplished and impactful HR and People Operations leader; accustomed to leading complex change in fast-paced, high growth environments, whilst successfully delivering consistently great employee experiences.  His main passion is helping organisations and their people flourish, succeed, and reach their full potential, and, with 20-years multi-sector experience under his belt – including time spent with a leading global IT outsourcer, a leading fashion retailer, and a global leader in the medical device manufacturing sector, Steven has established himself as a trusted business partner, experienced in providing collaborative and strategic HR leadership.

As an HR Generalist, he brings to Lexxic a wealth of knowledge in both operational and strategic people operations, with a focus on digital transformation, Employee Relations, Organisational Design, and Talent Management.
