Dr Susie Phillips-Baker

Susie is a Chartered Coaching and Occupational Psychologist and is Chief Psychologist at Lexxic. Susie supports leaders and organisations to recognise the value of difference and create the conditions for all staff to thrive. Susie is herself neurodivergent following a later life diagnosis.

Jason Bennett

Jason is an Executive Coach who specialises in supporting neurodivergent leaders through career transitions and new role challenges. With leadership experience across the UK, Middle East, Europe, North America, and Asia, Jason brings valuable cultural insight to executives navigating complex global environments.

Sophie Rowan

As a chartered work psychologist and author, Sophies work is focused on enhancing employee wellbeing and performance. Sophie also has experience of neurodiversity and works with many neurodivergent clients to support inclusive and effective workplaces.
