Neuro-inclusive Recruitment: Ask the Experts

About the Event

Join us for this Q&A session as we discuss key principles to create a more neuro-inclusive recruitment process; from job descriptions to onboarding, the whole journey matters.

The recruitment process is made up of many stages and may impact neurodivergent candidates differently, depending on their individual needs. It is important for recruitment staff to be equipped with the right tools to implement support at each stage, to enhance neurodivergent candidates experiences.

The agenda for this event will be shaped by you! Our neurodiversity experts from Lexxic will be answering your questions, whilst sharing their expertise and professional insights on practical strategies for you to consider to implement into your organisation's recruitment process.

Here are some example questions:

  • What can I do to encourage neurodivergent individuals to apply for roles at our organisation?

  • What adjustments and support can my organisation implement to improve the interview process for neurodivergent candidates?

  • How can I ensure that recruitment staff are trained to support neurodivergent candidates effectively?

There will be the opportunity to ask questions during the session itself, via the webinar Q&A function, but you can increase the chances of your question being selected by submitting in advance.

The window for submitting questions for this event will open from the 8th January. If you have registered for this event you will automatically receive an email with the link where you can submit your questions when the window is open.
