This coaching is for managers seeking support for managing the needs of neurodivergent team members. There is also the opportunity to discuss any areas of coaching for themselves.

Collaborative Coaching for the Client & Manager

This coaching is for the client and manager together, to support the neurodivergent employee in planning a way forward following individual coaching. There is also the opportunity to discuss any areas of support.

Sessions are usually 2-hours long

Typically 1-2 sessions

Impact: Improved communication, recognition of need, and shared understanding of next steps to support a neurodivergent employee in their role.
