Coaching neurodivergent clients who are in senior management, or leadership positions, can maximise their personal and professional potential within their role.
Research has shown that leaders report positive work-related outcomes from coaching such as improved levels of self-awareness, personal vision, as well as managing change.
We'll be joined by a range of panellists, bringing you insight and professional expertise from leaders and coaches, sharing their expertise and lived experience of neurodiversity.

Meet our panellists:
Susie Phillips-Baker | Event Host
Deputy Chief Psychologist at Lexxic
Susie is a Chartered Coaching and Occupational Psychologist with 20 years+ experience working in the private and public sectors in the UK and Ireland. Working for a national policing organisation, she developed selection and assessment processes, and managed a coaching programme for police officers and staff across the UK. Susie has worked as a coach on national leadership development programmes in the private and public sectors and was Course Director for an MSc in Business Psychology. Susie is currently Deputy Chief Psychologist at Lexxic, where she supports the team to deliver one-to-one support to clients who are neurodivergent and leads Lexxic’s Neurodiversity Coaching Centre of Excellence. Susie has been diagnosed as an adult with Autism/ADHD.
Anita Patel
Neurodiversity Coach, Trainer and Speaker
With experience in both Neurodiversity and Education, Anita has a specific interest in how neurodivergence in different individuals varies, particularly when it comes to intersectionality. In both her individual coaching sessions with clients and also her training for organisations, she focuses on removing barriers to success and adopts a strength-based approach.
Anita received a late diagnosis of Autism and ADHD for herself in 2023. She now runs her own business and is also mum to two neurodivergent boys. Her passion is enabling individuals to thrive, rather than simply survive.
Sophie Rowan
Coaching Psychologist, Author, Speaker and Career Strategist
Sophie is a Chartered Work and Organisational Psychologist with over 25 years’ experience specialising in Talent and Leadership Coaching. She holds a special interest in coaching in the ND space based on the ever-growing need in organisations, and indeed on her own work and life experience. Her core skill lies in building a constructive, trusting and conversation and facilitating real and lasting results using a range of innovations from the fields of positive psychology, and strengths-based career strategising.
She is an expert at facilitating pivotal conversations on self-awareness, identity, purpose, and values all within the organisational and whole of life context. She has authored 2 best-selling books on Career Coaching, which have been translated into 6 languages.
