HR Q&A: How Workplace Needs Assessments are providing real benefits to employees & achieving DEI goals

Registration has now closed for this event.

About the Event

Join us for this Q&A session as we explore the pivotal role of Workplace Needs Assessments (WPA) and how they are not only enhancing employee wellbeing but also driving HR teams towards achieving their DEI objectives.

A WPA explores an individual's strengths and challenges associated with their role, and aims to identify suitable adjustments to support them to thrive in the workplace. It provides the individual and their employer with guidance to support them effectively, eliminate challenges, and ultimately create a more supportive work environment.

At Lexxic, our WPA's are trusted by organisations around the world. With demand for WPA's increasing rapidly, we wanted to give you the chance to ask any questions you may have about this fast, effective, and professional method of support for your employees.

The agenda for this event will be shaped by you! Our neurodiversity experts from Lexxic will be answering your questions, whilst sharing their expertise and professional insights on the tangible benefits and practical strategies for integrating them into your organisational practices.

Here are some example questions:

  • What does a Workplace Needs Assessment involve at Lexxic

  • How can organisations offer support, like Workplace Needs Assessments to their employees?

  • What are the benefits to an employees wellbeing and also to the organisation?

There will be the opportunity to ask questions during the session itself via the webinar Q&A function, but you can increase the chances of your question being selected by submitting it in advance.

The window for submitting questions for this event has now closed, however we'd still encourage you to sign up, as our neurodiversity experts will be taking questions throughout the session!
