Dr Susie Phillips-Baker

Susie is a Chartered Coaching and Occupational Psychologist and is Chief Psychologist at Lexxic. Susie supports leaders and organisations to recognise the value of difference and create the conditions for all staff to thrive. Susie is herself neurodivergent following a later life diagnosis.

Sorcha Duignan

Sorcha is an ADHD senior IT leader with over 20 years of experience delivering complex digital transformations in Higher Education, Telecoms, and IT. Known for rescuing failing projects and re-energising teams, she’s built a reputation for navigating high-pressure environments while keeping people and purpose at the centre. Alongside her leadership role, she’s a certified ADHD Practitioner supporting ambitious women navigating late-diagnosed ADHD. She helps them to stop fighting their brains and start building careers and lives that work for them.

Sophie Rowan

As a chartered work psychologist and author, Sophies work is focused on enhancing employee wellbeing and performance. Sophie also has experience of neurodiversity and works with many neurodivergent clients to support inclusive and effective workplaces.
