In this webinar, our Principal Psychologist, Monica Lonergan and business expert guests will discuss the challenges and benefits of office, home, and hybrid working for neurodivergent employees, highlighting how different environments can have different impacts for employee experience and productivity.

The webinar will provide practical strategies that neurodivergent employees can implement to enhance their work experience, as well as highlight key tips for organisations to design or adjust workplaces for employees to feel supported and thrive. We will showcase the positive impact adjustments can have on work effectiveness, employee engagement, and overall well-being while mitigating business risks.

Monica Lonergan
Principal Psychologist at Lexxic

Monica is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist (BPS and HCPC registered) who supports and leads teams to deliver a number of assessments and coaching interventions, supporting neurodivergent clients to achieve their work potential and wellbeing at work.

Prior to Lexxic Monica worked as a work psychologist for a variety of clients and organisations in many sectors including financial, education, consultancy, welfare to work, and charities in the U.K, Canada, U.S and South America.

Robert Manson
Independent Safety Health and Wellbeing Specialist

Robert Manson provides consultancy services to a variety of organisations both nationally and internationally.

He is an experienced professional who has managed Occupational Health and Safety teams across pharmaceutical, food retail and energy sectors for over 30 years. This included over 20 years experience in GlaxoSmithKline leading the Employee Health team in the UK as well as well delivering programmes and undertaking health audits globally.

Sorcha Duignan
ADHD Business Leaders Coach

Sorcha is an ADHD senior IT leader with over 20 years of experience delivering complex digital transformations in Higher Education, Telecoms, and IT. Known for rescuing failing projects and re-energising teams, she’s built a reputation for navigating high-pressure environments while keeping people and purpose at the centre.

Alongside her leadership role, she’s a certified ADHD Practitioner supporting ambitious women navigating late-diagnosed ADHD. She helps them to stop fighting their brains and start building careers and lives that work for them.
