Why have I been referred?
People come to Lexxic for many different reasons. You may be:

What happens next?

If you have questions at any stage, our Case Management team is here to help.
- Personalised support tailored to your needs, role and goals
- You'll be supported by experienced psychologists and specialist coaches, many of whom combine professional expertise with lived experience of neurodiversity
- Most appointments take place virtually via Microsoft Teams or Zoom
- You may be invited to complete the Workplace Profiler before your appointment, depending on your referral pathway
- You'll have the opportunity to review any report before it is finalised and shared
- Your journey will be tailored to your individual needs, so not everyone will complete every stage
