Build organisational capabilities through expert-led training programmes designed for neurodiversity-smart workplaces.
With over two decades of expertise in neurodiversity, we've developed a progressive learning journey that builds and embeds neuroinclusion across your entire organisation. Our programmes address neurodiversity at all levels, creating real and sustainable culture change that develops ND Smart capability over time.
All of our training programmes are available as either open or closed courses, so you can choose the format that works best for your organisation and your people.
Closed courses are delivered exclusively for your organisation. Content is tailored to your sector, your policies, and the specific context your employees work in, making the learning more relevant and immediately applicable. Closed delivery is ideal for organisations with enough delegates to fill a cohort, and where a consistent, organisation-specific experience matters.
Open courses bring together delegates from different organisations and sectors, making them particularly well suited to smaller teams who may not have enough participants for a dedicated cohort, or where the cross-industry perspective and peer discussion add value in their own right. All open courses follow the same psychologist-designed curriculum as our closed programmes.
Our core learning journey is structured across four key layers — explore each programme below
